Gayl Newton has over twenty-five years as a human resource professional and leader in both the private and the non-profit sectors. She is a CEO and Business Coach with Action Coach (largest international business coaching firm) of Gayl Newton & Associates, LLC. She works with business owners to optimize their business systems and processes in order to accelerate growth and profitability. Gayl also does career coaching with students and professionals changing careers and HR consulting. Gayl is a proud Mom of two grown daughters and is a doting Grandma of two wonderful granddaughters. Gayl has an MPA from Texas Tech University and a BA from Baylor University. She has earned several certifications: SPHR, SHRM-SPC, Certified Business Coach and Certified Life Coach
