Born and raised in vibrant San Antonio, Texas, I am deeply committed to improving healthcare for marginalized communities, particularly within the LGBTQ community. With over thirteen years of experience in HIV/AIDS disease prevention, managed care, and marketing, I bring a diverse skill set and dedication to my work. As the Director of Community Engagement & Development for AARC, I've had the privilege of playing a key role in our organization's efforts to provide compassionate care to the LGBTQ and HIV community. This work has been professionally fulfilling and allowed me to make meaningful connections within the community. One of my proudest achievements has been contributing to the establishment of San Antonio's first LGBTQ non-profit clinic, a testament to our shared commitment to improving health equity.
