Eligibility: To be eligible for appointment to a Committee, a Member must have been a Member in Good Standing for six (6) consecutive calendar months prior to the Meeting in which the Member is to be elected.
Member in Good Standing: A Member that shall be no more than two (2) months in arrears on any money or monies owed to the Chamber and shall not be in violation of these By-Laws. All Members in Good Standing shall have voting privileges.
Member: An individual, a small business, a medium-sized business, or a corporation with Membership.
Membership: A Member, the state of being, or status as a member of the San Antonio LGBT Chamber of Commerce. All Members collectively shall be referred to as the Membership.
