Wage Equity: Experiences of Women of color in the workplace!

Come on out and celebrate Women's History Month with us for our Networking Lunch & Learn with these three inspiring panels of guest speakers and enjoy a delicious three course meal in Paesanos 1604 private Sunroom

Please arrive at 11:30am for networking and lunch service before the presentation begins at 12:15pm.

Registration is required for an accurate headcount as there are minimum seats. Admission includes lunch and a non-alcoholic beverage.

Topic: Wage Equity
Background: The gender pay gap refers to the disparity between the average median earnings of white, non-Hispanic men and women, especially women of color, who experience the greatest inequity. In 2022, White women earned 82%, African American women earned 63%, and Hispanic women earned 58% of what White men earned. Join us for our conversation about the experiences of women of color in the workforce, the current data, and the factors that influence and address pay disparity between men and women.
