Background: The gender pay gap refers to the disparity between the average median earnings of white, non-Hispanic men and women, especially women of color, who experience the greatest inequity. In 2022, White women earned 82%, African American women earned 63%, and Hispanic women earned 58% of what White men earned. Join us for our conversation about the experiences of women of color in the workforce, the current data, and the factors that influence and address pay disparity between men and women.
