About the presenter:Meet Kanetra Michalle Hights, also known as Kiki, the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at C.H. Guenther & Son. With over 13 years of experience in DEI, she has successfully implemented programs in large organizations and championed inclusion and equity. Kanetra has also contributed to non-profits like the National Diversity Council and Goodwill Central Texas.
At C.H. Guenther & Son, she oversees DEI training, Employee Resource Groups, international DEI initiatives, and the Supplier Diversity Program. A certified Diversity Professional and experienced facilitator, Kanetra specializes in leadership and diversity training.
Kanetra holds degrees in Communications, Dramatic Media, and Education from Texas Lutheran University. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, road trips, reading, writing, and watching football. Based in San Antonio, she's dedicated to making a positive impact in her community.
