Topic: Coming Out About Burnout: How LGBTQ+ Owned and Allied Businesses Can Promote Wellness and Help Their Teams Thrive 

Join the San Antonio LGBT Chamber of Commerce to learn how burnout can impact mental health for LGBTQ+ and allied businesses and their employees. As members of a marginalized community, LGBTQ+ individuals are at greater risk for burnout and poor mental health, which can impact the growth and thriving of LGBTQ+ owned and allied businesses. This Coffee & Commerce event will include a panel discussion with local mental health experts, who will share knowledge and tools to combat burnout and support wellness at the individual and organizational levels. Speaker:
Dr. Yuli Cannon, an experienced Organizational Design and Management consultant who is passionate about supporting organizations on their digital transformation journeys. With a PhD in Counselor Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), Dr. Cannon brings a unique understanding of Behavioral Science into the business world.

Dr. Cannon applies her expertise in Behavioral Science, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies to help organizational leaders and teams navigate the human side of change. She understands how important it is to consider the psychological impact of organizational change and provides strategies to support individuals and teams through the process.

Dr. Cannon is dedicated to creating more people-conscious and compassionate workplaces. She firmly believes that Behavioral Science can help organizations become more empathetic and achieve sustainable success. She dreams of a future where more counselors and psychologists are involved in supporting organizations through their business transformation journeys.

Outside of work, Yuli enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to new
places, reading, and learning new things.
